Golf in New Zealand
Auckland, New Zealand was described by Rudyard Kipling towards the end of a world tour as “Last, loneliest, loveliest, exquisite apart” and the often repeated phrase does not do justice to New Zealand, a small beautiful country tucked in the lower South Pacific.
Home to the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings movies, home to a mere 4.5 million people, home to the outstanding All Blacks World Champion Rugby Team and home to almost 400 golf courses that reflect the unique extensive geography of the country. From coastal to mountain, from Championship to Club, from links to parks, from city to country there is an unequaled range of courses all short distances apart.
Tournaments
VSL Golf proudly offers unique Festivals and Tournaments aimed at providing enjoyment, friendly competition and the opportunity to play and socialise with players of a similar standard at wonderful golf and tourist destinations.
The VSL mantra is to allow all level of golfers whatever the age, agility and ability to enjoy the chance to play their sport on excellent courses in a friendly inclusive atmosphere.
The tournaments offered by VSL are all unique in their presentation and enjoyment. While trophies, awards and prizes are offered the emphasis is on fun, friendship and camaraderie-expanding golf experiences in the most enjoyable manner.
